I’m a writer, freelance blogger, virtual assistant and e-course creator. I’m a big believer in choosing your own adventure and creating your own destiny. My previous adventures have included being a performance poet, running my own hypnotherapy practice and living and travelling on a narrowboat.

I have a degree in animation and a diploma in hypnotherapy and my previous careers have included managing a music recording studio, working for Friends of the Earth and managing the admin office in a neurosurgical operating theatre.

I wanted to bundle up all of the things that are me, into things that inspire you to be Youer than You. Drawing on all of the psychology and self-help books I’ve read, the hypnotherapy I’ve studied and practiced, the poetry, blogs and articles I’ve written, and the quotations that motivate me, I’ve created Reinvent Yourself After Divorce.
