My consulting company, Quality Change Consultores provides consulting and training services related to process analysis and improvement, quality, productivity, strategic planning and organizational development.

We currently work training SMEs and professionals (online and offline) and helping SMEs to achieve results at low costs, fast speed and high effectivity.

I write a blog related to Quality Management Systems for quality professionals, managers, owners and any person interested in learn about QMS in a plain language (in spanish). I also have a podcast in iTunes of the same subject.
